RESIDENT RATES:
Monday-Thursday rate: $600 for nine hours
Friday-Sunday rate: $800 for nine hours; $1200 for the whole day

*Weddings/Receptions will be required to book a full day rental at $1,200.
NON-RESIDENT RATES:
Monday-Thursday rate: $700 for nine hours
Friday-Sunday rate: $900 for nine hours; $1300 for the whole day

Available 8 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday-Saturday, and 8 am-10 pm, Sunday-Thursday.
Renters must provide their own catering, alcohol, decorations, and certificate of insurance
Reservations accepted up to 13 months in advance, on the 1st of the month at 9am. Reservations can be made ONLINE ONLY until Noon on the 1st.
