Hall rates INCLUDE a $150 refundable security deposit.
RESIDENT RATES:
Monday-Thursday rate: $650 for nine hours
Friday-Sunday rate: $850 for nine hours; $1300 for the whole day

*Weddings/Receptions will be required to book a full day rental at $1,300.
NON-RESIDENT RATES:
Monday-Thursday rate: $750 for nine hours
Friday-Sunday rate: $950 for nine hours; $1400 for the whole day

Available 8 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday-Saturday, and 8 am-10 pm, Sunday-Thursday.
Renters must provide their own catering, alcohol, decorations, and proof of personal liability insurance.
Reservations accepted up to 13 months in advance, on the 1st of the month at 9am. Reservations can be made ONLINE ONLY until Noon on the 1st.
